This one hour session is designed for self-coached or previously coached athletes who need to review previous efforts and future racing plans, for recommendations and modifications.
Examples of one-time coaching experiences
- Review previous efforts during the last 6 weeks (training peaks, etc), ask questions and make recommendations for training plan changes in the weeks leading up to the big event.
- Create the outline of a training plan for an upcoming event.
- Review race week prep, including nutrition, hydration and electrolyte strategies as well as mid race heart rate and power targets.
- Discuss your race schedule for an upcoming season and compare it to the required training loads needed to reach the desired results. Make recommendations for change.
